For this reason all of our designs start fresh. We are not simply regurgitating floor plans that have been around forever. We learn from the past but make it better for your family.

More About Us
Simply Elegant Home Designs, LLC. was founded on the principal of making quality home design (house plans) affordable for regular folks that appreciate quality design. Typically in the past quality home design has been reserved for the wealthy and plans were created to sit on acreage. We however have designed our homes thinking of the average American family with a realistic construction budget, who might be living on a traditional lot within a Master Planned Community or Subdivision.
Our simple, unique, small (just right sized) and elegant house plans are designed from the inside out. No space is created without first considering circulation, site lines, relationship with adjacent spaces and being tested for possible furniture arrangements. In other words our plans are thoroughly thought out in order to ensure livability.

Ron Brenner Architects has completed design work on this new modern farmhouse to be constructed in Afton, Minnesota. The design features an open floor plan with a main floor master suite and four additional bedrooms on the upper floor.
