Our Pine Creek Cottage house plan was designed by Ron Brenner of ron brenner architects in Stillwater, Minnesota. This home design features a welcoming front porch, an open floor plan with loft, and a main floor master bedroom suite. The exterior design comfortably combines elements from traditional cottage and contemporary cottage home styles.
This home plan’s exterior is characterized by this designer’s exquisite attention to scale, proportion, window patterns, materials, and all of the details. A beautifully proportioned second story front gable and columns provide a striking entry to the home. Deep overhangs provide interesting shadow lines and help to protect the windows below. Everywhere you look one sees the care and attention of the designer.
An open floor plan accommodates kitchen, living, and dining rooms. All three bedrooms reside on the main level. The master bedroom has two generous walk-in closets, bath with spa tub, walk-in shower, private toilet, and separate his and her sinks. Additional bedrooms share a full bath. The loft is open to the great room below and would be ideal for an office, exercise room, or game room for the entire family!
Foundation
The Pine Creek Cottage house plan comes with a crawl space foundation. The plan could easily be adapted by your local Architect or Builder to accommodate lookout, walkout or other lot configurations.
