Simply Elegant Home Designs offers many small house plans including: small country house plans, small cottage house plans and small modern house plans. So what is a small home plan? Well we think small might not be the best choice of words because we believe a room always needs to be functional. What good is a small house plan if it is not functional? So we strive to create small house plans that are first and foremost functional and useable. When we say small we really mean “just right sized”. We look at the spaces in our small house plans very critically in order to ensure they can accommodate useful furniture arrangements, have a great quality of light and have circulation patterns that do not interrupt the activities within.
At Simply Elegant Home Designs many of our designs qualify as Small House Plans. All of our home designs are modestly scaled and maintain their functionality.
