  • About this Design

    Our Withrow Farmhouse plan was designed by Ron Brenner of  Ron Brenner Architects.  This unique home design was inspired by the Classic American Farmhouse.

     

    This home plan’s exterior is characterized by the designer’s exquisite attention to scale, proportion, materials and all of the details.   Everywhere you look one sees the care and attention of the designer.

     

    This home plan incorporates a vast array of windows, a patio, a porch and deck taking advantage of the beautiful surrounding landscape.  On the main level, the open living areas allow an easy flow of the daily routine.  The Living, Dining, Kitchen areas are all open to each other, yet are still distinctively zoned for intimate living.  The Screen Porch provides casual outdoor living, dining and relaxation.  A beautiful den is placed to the side of the foyer and offers a quiet space to escape.  The generous side entry is smartly placed between the garage and great room providing a nice buffer zone. 

     

     

    Foundation

    The Withrow Farmhouse plan comes with a full basement foundation. The basement is unfinished.  The plan could easily be adapted by to accommodate other lot configurations.

    Reverse drawings may also be requested for and additional fee.  Depending on the CAD format the drawings were created in the reverse drawings may illustrate the notes, dimensions and other annotations backwards.
